Posting the lowest mortgage rates since May 28th which were 4.91%, the 30-year fixed rates fell this week from 5.29% to 5.12%. Freddie Mac reported this information as well as that the 15-year fixed-rate fell to 4.56%. Five year ARMs are down to 4.49%. Get ‘um while they’re low.
